Coming in January 2020
If the Mid-Atlantic BDR left you wanting more east coast adventures, then you’ll be pretty stoked come next year. The NEBDR will be a 1,000+ mile route that will take you BDR-style through 6 states – from the PA/NY border to the Canadian border in Maine.
Our first and highly-popular east coast route, the MABDR, was designed to be an introduction to the BDR experience. This time, we’re taking it up a notch in the North East…. more dirt, more elevation, more challenges and more on par with the BDRs in the west.
The BDR team will be out scouting and working hard in 2019 to complete this route by the end of the year. Make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram in the coming months as we’ll be posting “Spy Shots of the NEBDR” sponsored by MAX BMW the Official Motorcycle Dealer of the NEBDR. MAX will have you covered on this route with 4 locations throughout the NEBDR.
More to come – stay tuned!

Bridgestone and Backcountry Discovery Routes Together on the NEBDR
We’re excited to announce that Bridgestone has joined BDR as a major sponsor for the NEBDR project. The BDR team is looking forward to testing out the new Battlax Adventurecross AX41 — a brand new tire from Bridgestone made specifically with the Adventure Enthusiast in mind.
